The host was quick to respond to any messages I sent. Went the heat went out he immediately offered me another Airbnb he had. Very polite and professional. I will definitely return.

Beautiful space, just like the pictures online. Check-in was a breeze, the house was very clean and the heat was on and comfortable for us (it was freezing outside)! We had a lovely time with family celebrating a late Christmas get-together. It was especially nice watching the NFL Playoffs on the big screen TV. The coffee bar was also a nice touch. The beds were all extremely comfortable, nice linens and the bathrooms were all well-stocked and very clean. The host was very responsive and communicated well with us. We will be happy to stay here again!! Thank you for an amazing Airbnb experience.

Beautiful house.. ranch style.. had my whole family in the party area and had more than enough room for everyone. Lots of beds to sleep 16 plus bodies.. We’ll definitely rent again in the future!

Great place to stay! We went to an event at the Ford center and was able to walk there! Everywhere else was a short uber ride (just a few minutes) away. Tons of room and very clean!

This place was fantastic for what we needed. We were able to give the kids a great place to take pictures for their dance and share a meal all in the same location. It saves parents and kids a lot of rushing around prior to their event.

Great location for our event. Easy to get in and out of. Nathan was fantastic about communicating before and during our stay. Very responsive. Nice space. Extra blankets. If you have elderly guests, be aware that the sidewalk in front of the unit is not even.

Very nice loft inspired space in a great location close to downtown. Easy to get to restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Nathan was very responsive and friendly. The place was also spotless and a great place to stay while in town visiting family. Will definitely book again next time we are in town.

We really loved the place. We loved the downtown location. It is really set up nicely for family getaways. And in a good location for getting around the area. It was clean and had everything we needed. Nathan was great with communication.

This is most definitely one of the Best AirBnB we have stayed in! It was perfect for our needs along with the proximity to our granddaughters’ school. The inside comfort, the quietness of the neighborhood certainly added to our trip memorable. We will definitely stay again as needed to visit family.

I was in Evansville while working away from home and I really enjoyed how private and peaceful it was there. No issues at all with the living space and enjoyed my stay there and easy access to the main roads when travelling to work. I will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in town for work. Nathan was attentive to anything I needed and would stay at any of his places. Thanks KB
