Amazing place to stay, very accessible and is very walkable for the downtown Evansville area. Everything is within a few blocks. Very clean, up to date and Nathan is very responsive. We were very pleased with the layout and comfort. It felt like home away from home!

Hidden Gem in Newburgh! it had the perfect setup for our group. We had our nationals cheer team over for pizza and a movie before their first season event. It was very spacious for pizza and crafts. Loved the set up I could see baby showers or graduation party! Highly recommended !!!

Andrea and I sold our house and needed a place to live until our new house was finished being built (all in Newburgh). Nathan's place was a perfect fit for us. The location is perfect for evening walks by the river. Very quiet at night. The place has everything you need. Nathan does a great job staying in touch during your stay. Nathan’s place was beyond expectations! The rooftop was the best part of the place, especially at night where it over looked Evansville. I traveled with my son’s football family and we wanted something spacious, especially for the kids. This house was beautiful and accommodating for the kids, including a projector screen, 5 bathrooms, 2 huge kitchens and a rooftop which had 2 small garage doors that we opened at night and enjoyed our time away from the kids. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!

Nathan’s place in Evansville was perfect for our family. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home—clean, cozy, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. My wife loved the well-equipped kitchen, our 11-year-old son was thrilled with the games and streaming options, and I appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and quiet workspace. Nathan was an exceptional host: responsive, thoughtful, and provided great local tips that made our stay even better. The neighborhood was peaceful and close to everything. We left feeling relaxed, grateful, and already planning our next visit. Highly recommend!

Simple and comfortable Barbdominium. Much bigger and spacious than the photos capture (and they capture plenty!!) Host was very organized and very friendly. Our family of 9 was grateful for this location and the convenience of the stay.

This wonderfully renovated old building is a great place to stay. Very nice decor, everything you need in the bathroom, and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking equipment. Parking right outside was never a problem, and Nathan always answered questions quickly. Highly recommend!
