Amazing place. We normally stay at the Hilton when we come up to visit family. We were going to be here all week due to 2 funerals back to back. We decided to get an airbnb so we had full kitchen and plenty of space. The space had everything we needed and was very welcoming. We had an issue with a battery on a fire alarm and they were able to fix quickly. I would recommend to anyone coming to the area and we will definitely stay here again in the future.

This was the PERFECT space for our baby shower. Fully stocked kitchen to make and store food for the weekend. The garage/event space was even heated which was very nice because it was super cold outside. Would highly recommend. The host was also very good about responding and answering any questions!

We loved our stay in Evansville! The house was in a great location and so easy to find. Nathan was quick to respond anytime we reached out! We would love to stay here again if in the area!

Nathan's Rooftop place was the best! We were in town for a wedding and the place was perfect for us and my parents. Kitchen was perfect, my daughter played hours and hours with the toys, and the big screen was absolutely perfect to host Sunday Night football with friends and family. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. It is beautiful with so many extras like the projection screen TV and the upstairs sitting area and outdoor space overlooking Evansville. This place has been well thought out with the comfort of home. Would love to get to stay again.

A wonderful place to stay at. Location was great, area was nice and quiet, and id very accommodating with pets. Found no issues here, highly recommend for others to stay and whenever we come back to the area, we'll be looking to see if we can stay here again.

My family absolutely could not have been happier with our stay. The place was beautiful and large enough to accommodate me and family for our wedding weekend. Although we wish we would've been able to use the upper deck we still we had a wonderful time. We had the upstairs unit Friday through Sunday and the lower unit on Saturday. Dining able was large enough for family breakfast and card games. Loved that there was a little play kitchen and tons of toys and games to keep my little occupied. That was a pleasant surprise. Thank you Nathan for your flexibility and always being prompt to make this weekend go smoothly for us!

The Barn was a great stay for my group visitng for a conference. If we return again next year, we will definitely be reaching out. The place is beautiful and met our needs. Nathan is a great host with a quick reponsive time.

We did a back to back. Our first stay ended and we rebooked right away which says a lot. It’s an awesome and fun 80’s themed apartment. It’s walking distance to quaint downtown Newburgh and shops and restaurants. In less than 10 mins you can be at Interstate-69. I highly recommend Nathan‘s apartment.
