This place was perfect and spacious! Nathan was quick to respond to my messages when I had a question. We also enjoyed visiting some of the local shops that were in walking distance.

It was an amazing experience for our family of 4 and doggy! Its perfect downtown location, we waked our dog all around and visited yummy coffee places and restaurants in a walking distance! Place was very clean, quiet, well equipped with everything you need - we felt like home! We definitely will be coming back when visiting Evansville!! Thank you Nathan so much!

Simple and comfortable Barbdominium. Much bigger and spacious than the photos capture (and they capture plenty!!) Host was very organized and very friendly. Our family of 9 was grateful for this location and the convenience of the stay.

Although we did not use the event space, the house was beautiful with more than enough room to fit our family of 5, hosting an event such as a family reunion would be perfect too! Nathan was an exceptional host keep in contact for our entire stay. We will definitely be back!

Great space! The house was well stocked which was very much appreciated. The kids had their own space and since a storm hit while we were visiting the garage with ping pong table was a huge hit!

This wonderfully renovated old building is a great place to stay. Very nice decor, everything you need in the bathroom, and the kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils and cooking equipment. Parking right outside was never a problem, and Nathan always answered questions quickly. Highly recommend!

This place is INCREDIBLE!! Beautifully decorated and so much space. Beds are so comfy! We came here because our daughter was playing in the softball USSSA Great Lakes Nationals. We have four kiddos who absolutely loved the rec room with the pool table and cornhole boards. We were able to host our team for dinner one night, and they all had a blast! We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back! Nathan was incredibly kind and even let us check in early! This has been my favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed in thus far!

Just a wonderful place for my crew. We all had comfortable palces to sleep. Very quiet, lots of natural light and the area in the back was great for us to unwind and enjoy each others company. Staying there again next year or sooner
