This is our 2nd time staying here and we love it so much!! Feels like home, love downtown Evansville, all restaurants here and a lot walking opportunities! Will be definitely back! Thank you Nathan for a wonderful place!

We absolutely loved the Airbnb!!! It was much bigger than we envisioned from the listing. And the rooftop deck was a really cool amenity! If / when we come back to Evansville it is THE place where we would stay. Loved the renovated vibe of the entire place. This is what every Airbnb experience should be like! Overdelivered!

We had a wonderful stay! It was a great space to celebrate our daughter’s birthday with friends and family. Everything was very clean and Nathan was very easy to communicate with. I would definitely recommend!

Great stay in a great location! Enjoyed the river walk area and several good restaurants within a short distance. Nathan was a wonderful host and very accommodating to our requests. Would definitely stay again!

Nathan’s place was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable. Everything was exactly like pictured. Check-in was easy and location was great. Walkable to lots of restaurants. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Host was quick to respond when we had a question. Would not hesitate to stay again.

This place was a great weekend getaway! For concerts at the ford center it’s within walking distance and is really convenient. The house itself was spotless and easy to access. Overall we had a great stay!

Nathan responded within an hour to any concerns and took care of issues immediately. The rental was exactly as he described, clean and very cute and cozy. Nathan is a great host and I highly recommend is place.

So impressed with this place!! So spacious, so many thoughtful touches throughout. Was walkable for us to attend an event at Ford Center and lots of bars and restaurants in the area plus only a few blocks to a park. We loved it so much and hope to visit again soon!!

The host was quick to respond to any messages I sent. Went the heat went out he immediately offered me another Airbnb he had. Very polite and professional. I will definitely return.

Beautiful space, just like the pictures online. Check-in was a breeze, the house was very clean and the heat was on and comfortable for us (it was freezing outside)! We had a lovely time with family celebrating a late Christmas get-together. It was especially nice watching the NFL Playoffs on the big screen TV. The coffee bar was also a nice touch. The beds were all extremely comfortable, nice linens and the bathrooms were all well-stocked and very clean. The host was very responsive and communicated well with us. We will be happy to stay here again!! Thank you for an amazing Airbnb experience.
