It's part home, part event space. Escape to our modern barndominium located in Newburgh! This home can accommodate up to 12 overnight guests with a large heated and cooled garage, great for entertaining with family and friends. Located right off the trail that runs into Friedman Park, this is a great location for those looking to get away from the city or for visitors attending events at the Park.

Good to know

Welcome to Barn in the Burgh, a modern farmhouse located in Newburgh! The Barn is a short term rental that can accommodate guests for overnight stays as well as an events space in our heated and cooled garage area. The downstairs of the living space features a private bedroom with queen size bed and full bathroom with shower. There is also a sofa that pulls out to a full size bed. Additional sleeping space is available upstairs in the bunkroom. The bunkroom features four twin trundle beds and four twin floor mattresses. Our guests that stay at the property will enjoy the ping pong table and corn hole boards setup in the garage. We also have tables available that can be used for dining. As an event space, we can accommodate up to 80 people. All events do need to be approved by the host. Please reach out for pricing information. The garage area also has its own half bathroom.

What a perfect little piece of relaxation in Newburgh! Everything was perfect! The fresh smell of the clean home greeted us along with the beautiful finishes, comfortable accommodations and even the fresh baked bread with jams, local candies, bananas and granola bars- just what we needed after a full day of traveling. There’s a noticeable difference when dealing directly with the owner as opposed to a company. There were personal touches everywhere that made us feel right at home. This property will become our new standard for future stays in Airbnbs! If you have kids, they’ll love their own space in the upstairs bedroom and the parents will love the quiet in the house while the kids are having ping pong wars and corn hole competitions in the barn! Five stars all the way!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Most guests commute via car to the property. Once at the property, we have three bicycles that can be used on the bike trail that runs into nearby Friedman Park.
