Step back in time to a nostalgic 1990s themed apartment located in Downtown Newburgh, Indiana. Enjoy this blast from the past and take a trip down memory lane as the apartment is decorated with hints of pop culture from the beloved decade of the 90s. With two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, this is a comfortable stay for a group of four. There is also a full kitchen, laundry room, and peaceful sun porch where you can enjoy morning coffee looking out numerous windows overlooking trees.

This property is located in the back of a triplex. We have two smaller apartments in the front of the building occupied by longer-stay guests. The apartment features a private entrance in a secluded area on the back of the building. There is parking located right outside the door.

This property is located in Historic Downtown Newburgh. It is walkable to the riverfront, restaurants, and local ice cream shops. We're about 10 minutes away from Deaconess Gateway Hospital and a short commute to Evansville and Owensboro. We're also about 45 minutes away from Holiday World/Splashin Safari in Santa Clause, Indiana.

House rules

Quiet hours after 9pm. We will typically have guests staying in the other apartments in the building and while it is rare that they can hear noise from other units, we do want to be respectful of them as well. Smoking is not permitted in the home. Any cigarette butts need to be properly disposed of.

Location is great, restaurants to walk to and a lovely riverwalk. The house was comfortable, clean, quiet and safe. We appreciated Nathan's responsiveness and will look to stay again the next time we are in town visiting family.
