This property is located in the back of a triplex. We have two smaller apartments in the front of the building occupied by longer-stay guests. The apartment features a private entrance in a secluded area on the back of the building. There is parking located right outside the door. This property is located in Historic Downtown Newburgh. It is walkable to the riverfront, restaurants, and local ice cream shops. We're about 10 minutes away from Deaconess Gateway Hospital and a short commute to Evansville and Owensboro. We're also about 45 minutes away from Holiday World/Splashin Safari in Santa Clause, Indiana.

House Rules

Quiet hours after 9pm. We will typically have guests staying in the other apartments in the building and while it is rare that they can hear noise from other units, we do want to be respectful of them as well. Smoking is not permitted in the home. Any cigarette butts need to be properly disposed of.

A wonderful place to stay at. Location was great, area was nice and quiet, and id very accommodating with pets. Found no issues here, highly recommend for others to stay and whenever we come back to the area, we'll be looking to see if we can stay here again.

Andrea and I sold our house and needed a place to live until our new house was finished being built (all in Newburgh). Nathan's place was a perfect fit for us. The location is perfect for evening walks by the river. Very quiet at night. The place has everything you need. Nathan does a great job staying in touch during your stay. Thanks for everything Nathan.

The space was exactly as described. Check in and entry were easy. Nathan communicated well and was helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Overall the place was very comfortable and private and had everything we needed for a five night stay. Would highly recommend and would stay again.
