This place is INCREDIBLE!! Beautifully decorated and so much space. Beds are so comfy! We came here because our daughter was playing in the softball USSSA Great Lakes Nationals. We have four kiddos who absolutely loved the rec room with the pool table and cornhole boards. We were able to host our team for dinner one night, and they all had a blast! We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back! Nathan was incredibly kind and even let us check in early! This has been my favorite Airbnb I have ever stayed in thus far!

Just a wonderful place for my crew. We all had comfortable palces to sleep. Very quiet, lots of natural light and the area in the back was great for us to unwind and enjoy each others company. Staying there again next year or sooner

This rental was above and beyond! The pictures don’t do it justice, it was bigger than it looked. Having 3 bathrooms was great. Kitchen had everything you could need, along with a wine cooler. The GIANT projection tv was awesome!!! The upstairs indoor/ outdoor deck gave us a great view of the fireworks. Will definitely be staying again.

The place was so close to downtown! 5 minute walk right from main st, and only a few more minutes from the river. Absolutely gorgeous place, would love to stay here again!

I had a fantastic experience staying at this Airbnb! The house was exactly as described in the listing—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. It had a warm, welcoming atmosphere and was clearly well cared for. The host was amazing—very responsive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had a great stay. Communication was clear and timely, which made everything easy and stress-free from check-in to check-out. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant Airbnb experience. I’d happily stay here again!

Nathan’s rental was perfect for our family wedding weekend. Our so the groom stayed there Friday evening with his brother and Nathan was gracious and allowed us to host all of his groomsmen Saturday morning so they could get ready together and my husband had a great kitchen to cook a brunch for them. The brick walls and atmosphere made an awesome backdrop for some pre wedding casual photos as well. We also loved the downtown location with our rehearsal dinner at the collective on Main Street and reception at the Evansville museum!

Our children will never forget this fabulous urban-esque experience, thanks to the aesthetic, comfort, and location of this unit. So much history in within view and so much within walking distance. We especially appreciated Mickey's Park being just a stroll away. The photos do not do justice the elbow room here, including but not limited to the well-proportioned dining table (family of 7 here). We totally took advantage of the many different spaces to conduct all our homeschooling business with the elder children and the play area was a hit with our littler ones. It was refreshing to find some basic child-proofing bases covered-- bonus! The beds got us all some solid sleep-- very comfortable. Nathan was responsive and accommodating to all our needs. Recommend 100%

The Barn was an excellent choice for our girls weekend. Nathan accommodated us last minute after storms shifted our original plans. Rocking on the porch was our favorite. The garage area was great for games and we took a walk on the trail. The “house” part of the barn is very cozy and the kitchen was a dream. Only thing missing is an upstairs bathroom. The whole place is beautiful with tons of amenities and everything you’d need in stock.

The barn is a fantastic space with plenty of privacy in a quiet area. It is located close to walking trails and is an easy drive to nearby shopping and restaurants.
